This is virtually a new watch.  It's not New from Old Stock (NOS) but has been sat in its case for years.  Maybe used for a special occasion like a wedding and put away and not used again.

The case is 14ct gold plated and in perfect condition.  It has its original Louisiana alligator strap from Omega in a blue to match the dial.   Note the description says Crocodile and doesn't have the option for Alligator, but Omega only used Louisiana alligators for their straps in the 1970's.

The dial is in perfect condition and the watch runs perfectly having hardly been used.  

This would make a great Christmas present for a special lady.  It comes with it's original Omega box.
